1 Hour Phone or Video session where we discuss Your custom TRL plan That’s built especially for you. We will spend most of the time getting acquainted & talking about what to expect from future sessions. During the intro session is the perfect time to decided how many weeks of coaching you’d like to select. We have 2 Options to choose from so you can decide which best fits your life & budget. Our first plan is 6 weeks 75$ per session & you get to select 1 day per week to have a 1 hour session. The second plan we offer is our 8 Week plan at 75$ per session once a week for 1 hour.

***if you select Our pay as you go plan you must complete payment No less than 5 business days before your scheduled time or your appointment will be Cancelled and time lapses lasting more than a week will be subject to a reinstatement fee of 50$ additional which must be paid before booking another date.***
